Andy Saunders Ltd
TV Commercials and Content Production.
Over 20 years experience bringing the smallest and biggest ideas to life, for some of the smallest and biggest brands on the world.
Born in Yorkshire, his first job was in the Midlands working in a commercial photographic studio as studio assistant, where his tea making skills were honed, before venturing into rostrum camera work. Eventually this led him down to the sunny south coast working for an independent production company.
After 2 years working, literally, in the dark, it was time to move on and he headed North to Manchester, where his love of film developed further, eventually breaking into the commercials Directing with spots for Orange and Reebok.
In 2005 he took the leap into freelance commercials Directing. This led him to work on a diverse range of scripts, including national spots for the BBC and award winning campaigns for ASDA and ALDI. His flexible approach has allowed him to work on a diverse range of projects, from pop promos for One Direction to brand films for Bentley Motors and Versace.
Andy’s style continues to reflect his background in photography and his passion for ‘the beautiful image.’ He has a very naturalistic and uncomplicated style. His straightforward approach to advertising balances the commercial with the real life.
Andy’s claim to fame is - he could fly a plane before he could drive a car.
