I am a freelance live event and virtual broadcast show caller with over 15 years industry experience.
I started full time at a London based production company as a runner on-site and worked my way up to producer, gaining lots of experience and insights across the various event production roles.
In 2010 I took the leap into the freelance world where I came to realise that I love on-site, therefore I focussed my skill set on show calling and have been doing so ever since.
I thrive working under pressure, getting the job done and doing it well, with likeminded people.
The last 9 months have been the most intense and insane times within my career. I was lucky enough to get involved with my first true virtual event in April 2020, where I worked with a TV broadcast engineer who taught me everything I needed to know to survive the world of virtual.
I am fully set up to show call from my home office and I’m more than happy to travel to purpose-built studios.
As well as show calling, I am often asked to help write videos, scripts and proofread pitch docs which I’m more than happy to do.
I have worked with a range of end clients based in banking, FMCG, telecommunications, white goods, pharmaceutical and petroleum markets, both in the UK and overseas.
