We are not a normal barbecue company or a catering company that “can do” a barbecue, the food is different - its gourmet, its sumptuous, it’s an epicurean BBQ experience.
OUR FOOD
We specialise in Argentinian and Brazilian Churrasco style rotisserised meats and vegetables, gourmet grilled dinner feasts and heavenly roasted banquet buffets with Mediterranean inspired bowls of colourful, mouth watering rices, tabbouleh, relishes, seasonal slaws and salads.
All our recipes are a labour of love and fusions of flavours from around the world. The menus are created using the freshest herbs and vegetables and meat sourced locally from our friends at The Lambing Shed, Knutsford, homemade sauces and ethically sourced spices.
