Planning an event is a challenge, planning a large event is a huge challenge. Success depends on meticulous planning. Over the past 20 years I have provided complete logistic support for conferences, product launches, meetings, incentive programmes, internal meetings, award ceremonies and corporate celebrations in the UK and all across the world.
Getting the right venues in the right locations is critical. I have comprehensive knowledge of literally hundreds of venues and have the ability to prepare and present recommendations from complex venue searches.
When you have one shot to get it right, my experience in pitch preparation and delivery will be essential to success. Skills include proposal writing, creative idea development and full costing and scheduling.
Eye for detail.
It’s all important. I have extensive industry knowledge and expertise in venue supplier negotiation and contracting, delegate registration, flight management, ground transportation, F&B, accommodation, VIP activities and much, much more.
It’s all about value for money. With my experience of preparing and managing detailed multi-currency budgets right through to reconciliation, plus a proven negotiation track record, saving on costs and creating efficiencies, I’ll bring the event in on budget, every time.
It may seem obvious, it’s a people business. As an effective people manager, I’m able to source, lead and nurture the logistics team and their responsibilities on any project, regardless of scale.
