PERSONAL PROFILE
A highly motivated and strong minded individual who isn’t afraid of going after my ambitions. I am currently a final year events management student studying at Cardiff Metropolitan University; hoping to secure experience within the events industry to further my knowledge of the sector.

My final year of studies was completed at Cardiff Metropolitan university after transferring to an institution closer to home during the Covid-19 pandemic

My foundation year studies and the first two years of my degree were completed under the Manchester metropolitan university’s business department.

MY KEY SKILLS
- Excellent communication: Experience with communicating with different variations of people using both formal and informal communication.
- Well organised and highly motivated: able to keep a good schedule and keep the work environment morale high.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications including excel, outlook and teams and the digital skills they require.
- Self-confidence; able to speak confidently in public, willing to present my ideas and challenge myself in the workplace.
- Resilience: able to identify my obstacles and adapt to overcome them; moving institutions after struggling being far away from home during Covid-19

MY PERSONAL CHARACTER
- Welsh language: I am a native Welsh speaker with both formal and informal language experience.
- Candid: Will always be honest in my opinion and with any challenges that I have within the work environment.
- Adaptable: able to tackle difficult situations as they come for example moving from in-person teaching to online teaching and having to use new technology.
- Collaborative: 6 years experience working in an environment of 100+ employees whilst also volunteering and joining new teams for a days work.
