About:
I am Francesca and I am in my last year of the BA Events Management course at the University of Greenwich and shall be graduating this spring. I am eager to be prepared for post-graduation life and wish to gain an internship or a full-time job in the events industry, with an immediate start once university has finished.
I have had multiple live event experiences where I have become familiar with a variety of events and venue types. I am therefore keeping my options open as to which sector of the events industry I wish to enter, and so am keen to hear from all recruiters. I am currently London based but I am open to re-location further on into the role or to working remotely.

Work Experience in the industry so far:
President of Event Society, University of Greenwich (2021-2022):
Carrying out the role of President for the University of Greenwich Events Society. The role requires leadership, organisation and social skills. I run the official social media pages for the society which requires me to have knowledge on content creation and community engagement. A series I curated includes ‘An Interview with’, where I interview previous students on how their journey since graduation has gone so far. Alongside this, I have organised multiple society socials, including a night at Ballie Ballerson and Ice-Skating at the Maritime museum. There are currently 89 members and our Instagram has 900 follows, with plans for this to continue to grow and to form a legacy for the society.

Guiding guests around the event on 25th November and providing additional support to the events team.
