My colleagues describe me as being detail orientated and a team player who when faced with a challenge, “takes it away and comes back with something brilliant”. My ambition is to create value-adding experiences that are ‘firsts’ for beauty, wellbeing & consumer brands.

Having graduated in BSc International Event Management from the University of Surrey in 2019, I have worked for two fantastic events agencies developing my event production, logistics and account management knowledge. I have learnt that my competitive advantage is my adaptability, my drive to consistently improve and my creative approach to day-to-day tasks. As a recent graduate, I am seeking an event coordinator/producer role with the opportunity to take ownership of end to end live and virtual events & experiences for beauty, wellbeing, and consumer brands.

• Strong ability to analyse a brief, research for idea generation, & source requirements (venues, decoration, catering, furniture, virtual platforms)
• Meticulously organised with proven experience of supporting with core events tasks (critical path creation, budget management, set design, running orders, onsite event set up and clear down)

The Creative Engagement Group Axiom – Account Executive (July 2020 – Present)                                                           
• Work closely with Account Directors and Account Managers, gaining insight & supporting with end-to-end project management including discovery workshops & creative proposals
• Delivered 12-hour virtual rally owning the design and development of digital content hub and assisted in copywriting for the 14-week email campaign
• Frequently organise resource (creative, digital, film, writing & editorial) and brief designers to create engaging communications materials e.g., teaser videos, banners, logos, webinar slide decks & landing pages
• Manage budget administration for key account including budget set up, editing, tracking and billing, supplier invoice processing and reconciliation

British Beauty Council – Office & Social Media Assistant (Work Experience - October 2019
• Drove engagement across social media channels by creating, editing and scheduling content using Hootsuite
• Assisted with administrative tasks and office duties such as arranging employee travel

MCI Group Brussels – Events Assistant (July 2017 – July 2018)
• Designed and delivered transition slides, sponsorship booklets, delegate badges, signage and goody bags
• Responded to all delegate enquiries via event inbox and helpline, ensuring that any concerns were resolved effectively
• Slashed event costs through effective supplier sourcing, follow up, negotiation and contracting
• Refined telephone and email competency, reducing unpaid event invoices for one client from €20,000 to €200
• Quickly became confident in the use of internal tools including Cvent and mobile app and website editing software, sourcing prestigious venues such as Heidelberg Castle and increasing event mobile app usage for a client by over 20%
• Directed early morning onsite event registration desks, welcoming speakers and collecting last minute presentations
• Processed and reconciled bank payments from event attendees, solving discrepancies using attention to detail
